Six Journals Arrive Back Home

I got 6 books back today and they are all incredible…watercolor to ballpoint pen. The work is incredible! This project has been thrilling for me because it’s so interesting to see what inspires people…what fears people have and how it impacts their ability to be happy, healthy artists and people, in general.

I used to feel very alone in my art. I am not a "classically" trained artist. My art happens to me…I don’t create it as much as I feel it…and I’m seeing, for the first time, that I’m not alone. That people are blazing their trail to and from art and I’m providing a forum for it. I see that happiness is relative for all of us. It is momentary for some of us, but those moments are powerful and manifest themselves in overwhelming ways when put to paper.

I say overwhelming only because of the depth of the work. There is honesty here. Honest evaluations and portraits of self are hard to deny and that’s what is in these beautiful books. They are day to day testimonials to art and life and love and hope and I am grateful for every single one of them.

If you’d like to work in one of these fabulous books, please send me an email with your address: Serendipityartist@yahoo.com
