This is the email I’m sending to all of the people I pre-sold the zine to…I have pre-sold over half of them and hope that everyone still wants theirs…but if not, I am pretty sure they will all sell if I’m diligent about posting to the message boards. It’s too bad the Yahoo Altered Book board won’t let me post. I would like to get more altered bookers involved since I’m such a huge altered book fan. Oh well…let me know if you have any ideas for tapping that group!
HHHhhhhmmmm…also noticed, not as many pictures in my posts as of late. I have tons of artwork coming in the door. I’m going to add some cool stuff to this post just to give it some interest!!
It’s official! Issue #2 of the Postal Press is complete and ready to ship! I am so exicited about this issue and hope all of you are as well!
If the zine is being shipped within the continental US, the cost is $10 if you send a money order or $11 via paypal. That includes not only the price of the zine, but the shipping as well. The price to Canada and Hawaii is $11 (money order) and $12 (paypal). Europe and other overseas destinations will be $15 and I can only accept paypal – and please note, I have no choice but to ship your zine the cheapest way possible. If you want it faster, let me know and I will find out what that will cost and pass that along to you.
If you’re sending me an money order via snail mail…please let me know so I can hold your copy…and send to:
Serendipity
PO Box 46035
Eden Prairie, MN 55344
And paypal payments should go to: serendipityartist@yahoo.com
Sooooo…that’s that. I know you will love this issue…there are tons of pictures, several outstanding articles and lots of cool goodies. I will wait to post this information to the general population until my pre-sold zines are all accounted for…if you don’t want the zine I’m saving for you, please, please let me know!
Also…if anyone wants to write an article for issue #3 I’m looking for content. The theme for issue #3 is paint and ink. I would like something on ATCs, altered books, book making and rubber stamping techniques…but beggars can’t be choosers, right?!?!?!
Thank you for all your support…I love doing this zine and hope that you are all enjoying it as well!
